He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert George Neal and Sherry Ann Neal; his grandmother Elizabeth Neal; and his cousins, Annetta Neal Johansen and Courtney Neal.
He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Sittre (Kim); his children, Anthony Medina, Caitlin Scott and Kim Sittre; his siblings, Bob Neal (Tina), Kyle Neal (Shawna) and Kathy Neal-Dixon (Darryl); his great grandchildren, Noe and Cecilia; and his siblings' children, Heather Neaman (Justin), Brianna Dillon (Rob), MiShaelia Beckstead, Robert Neal, Darin Neal (Alexis), Tharon Neal and Benjamin Beckstead.
