He is survived by: his wife Theresa Marie Carter; his children, Stephanie Thomas (Trent), John Robert Carter (Melanie), Marianne Rieske (Michael) and Kristine Wright (Chad); his stepchildren, Kim Brown and Shane Brown (Susie); and his sisters, Bonnie Ivie and Sue Smith. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren; and his 8 great-grandchildren.
