He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Middleton and Clarise Minnie Hueser; his significant other Janice Wilson Middleton; his brothers, Clyde Middleton and Bobby Middleton; and his granddaughter Christy Dawn Middleton.
He is survived by: his children, Mark, Greg, Laura Rush and Nancy Provolt. He is also survived by spouses, his eighteen grandchildren and his thirty six great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1520 S 5th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201).
