He is survived by: his wife Bonnie of Pocatello; and his children, Vicki Hoggard (Jeff), Jeffrey Higginson (Stacie), Melissa G. (James) and Rebecca Wiscombe (Brandon). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews and other extended family.
