He is survived by: his son Mike Maker; his wife Dorothy; his parent-in-law Jackie Maker; his siblings-in-law, Gene Pruitt, Ruth Pruitt and Don Potts; his cousin Peggy-Sue Rico (Rick); and his nieces, Alice Walther and Rohnert Park. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
