He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Kuykendall and Martha Kuykendall (Lewis); and his sister Sue Kuydendall. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Kuykendall; his daughter Lelani of Florida; his stepchildren, James F Thomas of Maryland, Allyson Thomas of Idaho, Lane F Thomas of West Virginia, George A Thomas of Carbondale, Naomi VJ Thomas of Idaho, Joy K, Mitch Gibson of Idaho and Marguerite L Thomas of Washington; and his brothers, Ed Kuykendall (Linda) of South Carolina, Robert Kuykendall (Ann) of Virginia and Dallas Kuykendall of Baltimore. He is also survived by 21 Grandchildren, and 5 Great Grandchildren.
