He is survived by: his daughters, Shanlee Jean Miller and Ahsley Sue Miller; his parents, Mike Collings and Pat Miller; his siblings, Bruce Burns, Justin Miller (Angela) and Jennifer Bergstrom (Rick); his stepsiblings, Randi Bain (Chris), Kim Anderson (Darin), Diana Wren and Jeremy Collings; and his friend Brandon Hayes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
