He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford G. Tibbetts and Reva Tibbetts (Lewis); his son Dwight; and his brothers, Clifford "Milo" Tibbetts, Loren "Jay" (Delores Tibbetts) and Mirven "Butch" Tibbetts.
He is survived by: his nephews, Lance and Skifter; his sister Marceil "Sissy" (James Skifter); his sisters-in-law, Karen Tibbetts of Salem, Ore and Sandy Tibbetts of Boise, Idaho; and his caregiver Kathy Rowley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces.
