He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Smith; his son Dale Smith (Erin Smith); his granddaughter Madelyn Smith; his stepsons, Peter (Carmen Hagenbarth) and Jim Hagenbarth; his grandchildren, Julia Hagenbarth, Thomas Hagenbarth, Hayden Hagenbarth, Elliott Hagenbarth and Jack Hagenbarth; his great grandchild Daisy; and his brother Larry.
