He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hill and Donna Emra; his wife Michele Sweeney; and his son-in-law Julian Penaloza. He is survived by: his children, Chivaun Marie, Laurie Ann and Charles Edward (Charlie); his grandchildren, Breona Morgan, Torralee J. and Marek Joseph; his daughter Lillian Hill; and his siblings, Ed and Naomi. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, extended family, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
