He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Whitaker and Geraldine Whitaker (Jackson); his significant other Kathleen; and also Sadie. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Nearing (Bob), Lanny Neipert (Cindy), Tamara Collingwood (Jeff), Leann Molnar and Jim Birkeland. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
