She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Tate and Dorothy Tate; her husband Mike Lepka; her daughter Cindy; and her siblings, Shirley, Ben, Mike, Steven, Bill and Donnie.
She is survived by: her sister Linda Buhl; her daughters, Debbie Mitton and Kristen Park; and her close friend Clyde Smith. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
