He was predeceased by : his mother Patricia A. Millsap; his brother Richard; his wives, Gloria Jean Couey and Kay; and his stepson Steve Halliday.
He is survived by : his father William L. Millsap; his children, Sam and Cheri; his stepson Duane Halliday; his godson Pat Eismann; his grandchildren, Ryan Odegaard, Jordyn Odegaard, Hailey Millsap, Connor Halliday, Skye Halliday-Wilson (Marquess), Chloe Halliday, Alexa Halliday and Capriel Halliday; his siblings, Jack Millsap (Jo), Jim Millsap (Marjean) and Sue Payment (Butch); and his pet Lilah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and assorted Friends.
In lieu of flowers, we ask, if you can, to please donate in Bill's honor to the wonderful people of Hospice of North Idaho, Pleasantview Cemetery care of Washington Trust Bank, and/or to drink an ice-cold Mtn Dew in Bill's honor.
