He is survived by: his wife Kimmie; his children, Heather and Chris; his daughter-in-law Kandi; his grandchildren, Samantha, Daisy, Dylan and Alex; and his sisters, Jerri (Wally Groll), Michelle Millard, Cathy (Rod Herrin) and Lucy (Peter Fountain). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
