She is survived by : her children, Sam Smith (Vicki), Wendy Westerberg (Terry), LaDawn Hansen (Larry) and Kelleen Smith (Dan Belnap). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
