She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zook and Jeanne Zook; and her brothers, Duane, Dennis, Jace and Patrick Zook.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Bassett, Bridgette Nielsen, Stephanie Dyet, Holly Hoppe and Ryan Carter; her husband Alan Carter; and her siblings, Lonny, Vickie, Dana and Candice.
