He is survived by: his wife Charlene; and his children, Stephany Cook (Jimmy), Machiel Rhinehart (Bill), Christopher Bishop (Rachelle), Jonathan Bishop (Tonia), Charles Bishop (Stacey) and Nathan Bishop. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
