He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Moser and Lulu Clayton Moser; his children, Amanda Kaye Lyons and McKell James Moser; his foster son Floyd Gerald Thompson; and his siblings, Joan Nielsen (Mardell), Marlene Kingsford (Larry), Kent Moser (Kathy) and Dennis Moser (Della).
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lynne Moser; his children, Clayton Moser (Cindy) of Whitney, Idaho, Jerri Moser (Amy) of Toquerville and Michele Foster (Troy) of Whitney, Idaho.; and his brother Monte Moser (Kaye). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.
Gale also made significant contributions to the dairy industry.
