She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Blais; and her siblings, Susan Richardson Tolscer, Tony Richardson and Dennis Blais. She is survived by: her mother Bernice Blais; her sons, Michael Max Winward, Alex Blais Winward and Jordan Kobe Winward; her husband Rulon Max Winward (Temple); her mother-in-law Dana Winward; and her siblings, Carl Blais, Scott Blais, Ann Richardson Verschoor, Donna Richardson Timmins and Brenda Blais Kenney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
