He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Brush and Marylyn Brush; his wife Sabine Brush of Preston; his sons, Justin and Tyler Brush of Layton; and his siblings, Karren Barrett, Keith Brush, Kim Cooper, Kristin Thacker, Koleen Barrett and Kirk Brush. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
