She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Swann and Anna Swann; her son Jeffery Dean Watkins (Claudia); her husband Charles Clinton Watkins (Chuck); and her siblings, Verna, Norman, Elsie, Glenda and Janet.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Allen Watkins (Heidi Howden) and Tammie Rae Watkins Davis; and her brother Reed Swann. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7, great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Webb Funeral Home (1005 S 800 E, Preston, ID 83263). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
