He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Lee Swann; his parents, Alexander Swann and Anna Swann; and his siblings, Verna, Normon, Elsie, Glenda, Janet and Opal.
He is survived by: his children, Penny Swann and Charles Swann; his daughter-in-law Sarah Swann; and his grandchildren, David, Eli, Gwen and Evie Swann.
