She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertie Coffer and William Luther. She is survived by: her husband Leo Samuels; her siblings, Vonnie, Ceilie, Lylana, Ron, Tom and Cindy; her children, Holly, Spencer, John and Nancy; and her stepchildren, Dale, Tange, Odie and Dusty. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
