She was predeceased by : her parents, Grant Laurence Webb and Erma Bingham Webb; her husband Kenneth Humphry Bair; and her children, Brenda Bair and Richard Kenneth Bair.
She is survived by : her grandchildren, Richard Kenneth and Russell Grant; her son Russell Grant (Kalee) of Richmond; and her siblings, Sharlene Chatterton (Clyde) of Logan, UT, Ann Friedli of Logan, UT, Karla Shaw of Anchorage, AK, Jeffry Webb (Janet) of Logan, UT, Melanie Leatham (Nile) of Providence, UT and Robert Webb (Diann) of Boise, ID. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
She was a member of a group of ladies in Richmond that met once a week to quilt which she really enjoyed, until covid hit and she quit never to go back.
