He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Andreasen and Mardene Andreasen; and his siblings, Kay, Sandra, Maxene, Kim and Van.
He is survived by: his wife Nickie Sperry Andreasen; his children, Stephanie Rice, Gina Stevens (Jeffrey) and Jeremy Andreasen (Mindy); and his sisters, Vicki Draughn (Bill), Patti Bowles (Chad), Gay Royce (Dale) and Eve Jackson (Scott). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
