He is survived by : his wife Kim Souza; his daughters, Mary, Jennifer and Stephany; his grandchildren, Cheyanne, Raina, Caleb, Brody, Jimmy, Kyler, Brian and Dylan; his great grandchild Evelyn; and his brothers, Dave Polston, Danny Polston (Carol), Jesse Adams (Sally) and Bill Adams. He is also survived by his family and dogs.
