James R. Gosz Obituary
In loving memory of James R. Gosz of Princeton, Idaho, born in Menasha, Wisconsin, who departed this world on July 4, 2025 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Gosz (O'Reilly). He is survived by: his children, Stephanie (Micheal James) and Rusty Gosz (Heather); his grandchildren, Sean James (Casey James), Erik James, Megan James, Katie Whipple (Jake Whipple), Israel James, Dawit James, Rachel Franklin (John Franklin), Jonathan Gosz (Hannah Gosz), Laura McKenzie (Isaiah McKenzie), David Gosz, Matthew Gosz, Kate Gosz, Caroline Gosz and Christian Gosz; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt James, Owen James, John Franklin, Jenny Franklin and Mallory Whipple.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery. A reception was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Hayton Green Park W. Main (Palouse, WA 99161).
In lieu of flowers, we would love to plant a memorial tree garden in honor of his love of Pacific Northwest forestry and his being a true "sticks and leaves man" on the final property he loved and built what he believed to be, "the best thing he had ever built!".
