She is survived by: her significant other Randy Hughes; her former husband David Dean; her children, Shannon Gentry, Blaine Dean and Jordan Hughes; her granddaughter Amber Larson; and her brothers, Ricky and Randy Thompson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
