With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Carter (Rexburg, Idaho), who passed away on December 4, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his mother Sylvia Carter; his wife Melba Pincock; his children, David Carter and Susan James; his son-in-law Doug James; and his brother Kyle Carter.
He is survived by : his father William F. Carter (Frenchy); his children, Mike Carter (Debbie), Roger Carter (Sandra), Annette O'Steen (Rick) and Gary Carter; and his siblings, Claire Welch and Dan Carter. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
