She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Amos and Clara Worlton Shirley; her daughter Lori Sutton (Kirt); her husband Max; her son Brent James; her son-in-law Kirt Sutton; and her siblings, Gordon Shirley, Afton Teeples, Lola Cook, Jim Shirley, Audery Hale and Kaye Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Robison (Klint), Alan Parkinson (Michele), Sherri L. Dyer (Richard), Rochelle Oram (Brad) and Jeffrey Parkinson (Marcel); and her brother Val Shirley (Bonnie) of Pleasant Grove, UT..
