Chiz Kamachi Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2025, at the age of 100, Chiz Kamachi (Rexburg, Idaho) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tsurunoseke "Frank" Ueda and Rino Komiyama Ueda; her husband Mike Kamachi; her children, Terri Singleton and Scott Kamachi; her grandchildren, Amber Dawn Kamachi and Slade Singleton; her great grandchild Avery Leigh Kamachi; and her siblings, Kazue (Kay), Masaji (Saj), Shoji (Frankie), Shiro (Dale) and Sho Ueda.
She is survived by: her son Steve Kamachi; and her daughter-in-law Glenda Kamachi. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Anthony LDS Stake Center (247 E 4th N, St Anthony, ID 83445). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
