He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey and Meriam; his siblings, Patty Lue and Harvey Jr.; his son Stacey Walters; and his grandson Tyler Walters.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Bowen. He is also survived by partner, fun rides with grandkids.
David valued charity and was very generous in his community and wished to remain anonymous and without recognition.
