She was predeceased by: her father Donald W. Boyer; and her grandparents, Etta, Alvin Johnston and Elizabeth Fischer. She is survived by: her mother Reva D. Boyer; her sister Tammy Briggs (Ron); her daughter Carissa Cook; and her grandchildren, Taizley Cook and Sawyer Cook.
