He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Lusk and Barbara Lusk; his sister Barbara Ann; his sons, Stacy and Tracy Lusk; and his siblings, Richard Lusk and Lana Lundberg.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lusk; his sons, Travis Lusk (Peggy Beemer) of Rigby, ID and Tyler Lusk; his stepsons, Chad (Jody) and Shane Henderson (Laurel) of North Port, FL; and his grandchildren, Tyson Lusk, Tifanie Maupin, Samara Lusk and Kayloni Beemer. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
