He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Kay Avery Siddoway; and his son Duane Kay Siddoway, Jr.. He is survived by: his father Ralph Wayne Siddoway; his wife Alicia Griffeth Siddoway; his siblings, Trent Siddoway (Jodi), Cindy Erikson (Rodd), Randy Siddoway (Karen), Dax Siddoway (Melissa) and Nichole Stanford (Cameron); and his children, Avery Merrell (Stephen) of Logan, Tiana Atwood (Drake) of Rexburg, Kyle Siddoway (Brittany) of Burlington, Jaymin Siddoway (Burgandie) of Rigby and Bryson Siddoway (Paige) of Rexburg.
