He is survived by: his children, David Allen Spellman (Tina) of Farmers Branch, TX and Valerie Lynne Spellman Heydorn (James) of League City, TX; his foster son Phil Johnson; and his granddaughter Tiffany Daniel of Rexburg, ID.
