He was predeceased by: his parents, John Philip Wheeler and Margaret Helen Cornnell. He is survived by: his wife Denys Ririe Rock; and his children, Kenn Wheeler (Denise) of LaGrande, Jerry Wheeler (Kathi) of Idaho Falls, Michael Hartley (Tricia) of Idaho Falls, Devanie (Steve) of Eagle Mountain, Jared (Camille) of Rexburg and Tyson (David) of Rexburg.
