As Jeffery departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jeffery may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeffery leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Jean Rolph Smith; and his father-in-law Dean Westenskow. He is survived by: his father Conrad Joe Smith; his wife Lisa Westenskow Smith; his sister Janet Bosteter; his nephew Benjamin Bosteter; his children, Noah Smith, Allison Hilton and Kyle Smith; and his stepchildren, Benjamin Dayley, Elizabeth Stock and Alicia Nyguen. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Harvest Hills Chapel (612 S Hidden Valley Rd, Rexburg, ID 83440). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
