She was predeceased by : her parents, Jess Mathew and Hartense Wahlstrom Stander; her children, Darla Kay, Devin and Keith; and her sisters, Maureen Doyle, Evelyn Stander and Ada Marie Larsen.

She is survived by : her husband Roy Thomson; her children, Linda (Bill), Glenn (Shannon), Vicki, Wayne (Sheryl), Cathy, Daryl (Elizabeth), Neill (Emily), Shane, Chris (Trina), Kelly (Lisa) and Bert; and her sister Shirley Evans.
