He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patsy Ruth Appell (Patty) and Edward Joseph Appell; his children, Jessica Appell Weaver (Joshua) and Kelly Roy Appell; his brother Patrick Joseph Appell; his grandchildren, Taygen Park and Ashlynn Park; his brothers, Deray Parkinson and Kelly Parkinson; and his daughter Mikayla Appell Park.
Growing up Michael would help Reid Parkinson, his mom's life companion, on the farm and everywhere between.
