In loving memory of Penny Zufelt (Rexburg, Idaho), born in Durango, Colorado, who departed this world on December 6, 2025 at the age of 56. In the sacred silence of farewell, Penny is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Penny's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Zufelt and Wilma Zufelt.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Chapel.
Unfortunately, in these later years she began to have some major health problems, not the least of which was Alzheimer's.
