He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Doney Parkinson and Alice Tout Parkinson; his wife Ruby; his siblings, Deon Coleman and Don Parkinson (Melba); his sister-in-law Melba Furnace Parkinson; his nephew Allen Parkinson; and his great grandchild Taylor Parkinson.
He is survived by: his children, Shana Voss Parkinson of Pocatello, Idaho and Darren Voss Parkinson (Gina) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; his cousins, Kathy and Allen; his grandchildren, Kristina Leonardson, Tabitha Berger, Kyle Whitmore and Taytum Kessinger; his sister Hazel Parkinson of Butte; and also Ruby Voss. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
Shortly thereafter they were blessed with their first child, a girl, Shana Voss Parkinson. After a few more years they had their last child, a son, Darren Voss Parkinson.
