She is survived by: her children, Craig, Barbara Christensen of Seattle Washington, Joy, Kerry Brower of Tremonton, Kathy Howard of Newdale, Idaho, Charlene, Marcus Jenkins of Seattle Washington, Lorie and Rob Matthews of Gilbert, Arizona.; and her siblings, Shirley McGinnis, Donna Harmon, Paul Forrey, Steve Forrey, Julia Caudle and Sherwood Forrey.
