He was predeceased by : his grandfather Donald Arthur Kugath. He is survived by : his parents, Steven Kugath and Serena Kugath; his siblings, Jesse Head (Sam), Maddie Cline (Brent), Aleena Moss (Jeremy), Josh (Tsia), Noah (Sharra), Elijah, Malachi, Cannon and Hyrum; and his grandparents, Frank, Sherry Baines and Nana Judith Kugath. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
