With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas Welter of Rexburg, Idaho, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pius Welter and Frances Welter; his grandfather John; and his siblings, Dorothy, Jane, Regina, Grace and Don.

He is survived by: his uncle Jack; his wife Kathy; his children, Jeff Welter and Jackie Gratton; his granddaughter Devyn Fernelius; and his grandchildren-in-law, Tina M. Welter, David Gratton and Ben Fernelius.
