Joy left this world on September 28, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Faddis and Audrey Faddis; and her brothers, Larry Faddis and Bob Faddis. She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Appell (Allisa) of Meridian and Robby Appell (Beci); her grandchildren, Peyton Appell (Tia), Chance Appell and Treyton Appell (Joy); her brothers, Jim Short (Nena) and Leo Faddis; and her sister-in-law Elaine Faddis (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
