He is survived by: his wife Brenda Phillips; his stepson Tom Land; his children, Todd Perkes (Sarah), Tim Perkes (Karen), Lisa Baker (Randy), Lori Perkes (Robert) and Sean Perkes (Amber); his siblings, Rebecca Powell, Marshal Todd Perkes and Beth Perkes; his grandchildren, Tyler Dortch (Jimmy), Nicole McAlevy (Levi), Shayla Ruffridge (Alex), Holden Perkes (Josephine), Macy Jeffrey (Steven), Douglas Holland, Mackalen Perkes, Porter Larna, Jenna Baker, Aurora Perkes, Ady Perkes, Carsn Perkes, Colton Larna, Autumn Perkes and Madden Perkes; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson Dortch, Bentley McAlevy, Ellayana Perkes, Peyton Dortch, Colt Ruffridge, Sophie McAlevy, Isabella Perkes, McKinnon Jeffrey and Claire Ruffridge.
