He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul K. Fuller and Ruby Hanks Fuller; his brother Robert A. Fuller; his son Todd R. Fuller; his granddaughter Crystal Lynn Brown; and his sister-in-law Peggy Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Darleen Hedelius of Rigby; his children, Roger K. Fuller (Kim) of Payson, Utah, Lisa Jill Spirrison (late Scott) of Mesa, Arizona, Tracy Linkowski (late Michael) of Heber City, Utah, Eric B. Fuller (Kelli) of Del Mar, California and Emilie Stricker (Sean) of Billings, Montana; his brother William P. Fuller (late Peggy) of Bountiful; and his sister-in-law Dixie Fuller (late Robert A. Fuller) of Provo, Utah.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and four great-grand children.
