He is survived by: his wife Renae Olaveson; his children, Christopher Scott Hampton of Ammon, Brett Lamar Hampton (Celeste) of Rigby, Erin Renae Womack (McKay) of Rigby, Jill Marie Patterson (Cody) of Idaho Falls and Jason Bruce Hampton (Leslee) of Hacienda Heights, California; and his siblings, Ronald Hampton (Ellie) of Idaho Falls, Rodger Hampton (Debbie) of Rexburg, Douglas Hampton (Beverly) of West Point, UT and Margene Reed (Stephen) of Hyrum, UT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
