She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Eli Spaulding and Galdys Vie Thomason Spaulding; her husband Stanley Kay Jacobson; her siblings, Blair Spaulding (Betty), Rosalee Wornek (Jack), Vance Spaulding (Belva Lou), Ray Spaulding, Lavonna Perry and Brent Spaulding; and her granddaughter Avalyn Kay Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Shonna Allred (John Kevin) of Rigby, ID, Tanny Cherry (Bart) of Idaho Falls, ID and Jeff Jacobson of Ririe, ID; her brother Errol Spaulding (Sharon) of Ririe, ID; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Spaulding of Idaho Falls, ID and Robert Perry of St. George, UT. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
